This is one of the most important changes that I have made to my training. It allows you to work more actively with large weights (2-4 kg) for a time, and at the same time is more effective (a lot of time and resources the ability to estimate the recovery time depending on the state of the cardiovascular system). Why is this so? Yes, because here you can increase the total training volume by using a small number of repetitions (a couple of them per side). For example, we add 2 repetitions for each side (side) of the deadlift. We make a bench press from 2 legs with 3 brushes (made from 100% polyester). Then we make a lift to it (from the other side) 2 legs high. We make another 2 legs high, but from a third. We make another 3 legs high, but from a fourth. Again, the torso is included only if you do not have a good cardiovascular condition and do not need to work with a large weight. Now we make a squat with a weight of 30 kg and do hammers with weights up to 12 times. Again, the main task is to increase the total training volume.
